Insight founders, Hallie and Len Sculler, provide clients with the combined wisdom of more than 25 years in professional meeting planning, hospitality management, public relations, sales and marketing, destination management, and customer service.

 About Hallie Sculler:

 Hallie Sculler brings a broad spectrum of business, incentive, meeting and event planning knowledge to her current role as president of Insight Incentives and Meetings.

In 1983 when Hallie began Hallie’s Comet Travel, concentrating on incentive travel, corporate meetings and events.

Then Hallie added Fore International, a golf travel company, which capitalized on the games popularity in business “deal making”

1996 Appointed to the U.S. Dept of Commerce to chair the People – to – People sub-committee of the U.S – Japan Tourism Exchange Promotion Program; using golf as a tool to build interest and communication between the two countries  Click here to view entire letter.

As President of Insight Incentives and Meetings, Hallie has parlayed every moment of her career into a valuable storehouse of knowledge and expertise.

Having dealt with virtually every aspect of travel and meeting planning, Hallie has the scope, talent and vision to orchestrate every facet of a successful incentive program, meetings and events for her clients.

About Len Sculler:

Len’s extensive, successful career began with a brilliant business move—and an even more brilliant invention.

In 1960, he founded M&R Marking Systems, Inc., and began manufacturing, marketing and distributing hand-held embossers. The company quickly became the largest manufacturer of these devices in the world, achieving an unheard of 75% market share in the United States.

The brilliant invention came in 1978, when Len invented and patented a Self Inking Stamp product (eliminating the need for a separate inked stamp pad).  The innovation took the Marking Device Industry by storm, and the design eventually became the standard by which all other self-inking stamps worldwide were developed. 

M&R’s global success continued well into the 90s, when Len re-capitalized the company with private equity partner and took on the role of M&R’s Chairman of the Board. 

In 2000, Len, and partner, Hallie Sculler, established Insight Incentives and Meetings (legal title, Coventry Associates, LLC). INSIGHT has benefited immensely by Len’s extensive knowledge across all industries, his valuable network of business contacts, his organizational experience, and his experience in producing large group trade shows and conventions, not to mention the love of travel and adventure that he shares with Hallie.
 

Today, Hallie and Insight partner and husband, Len Sculler, serve a long list of clients hailing from a variety of industries; providing all with extremely personal, and always outstanding, service with exceptional results.
